Trading and possessing marijuana seeds is completely legal in Poland, as well as in most European Union countries. As with the rest of this planet. Cannabis, its seeds and Collectors can be found in absolutely every corner of the Earth. And that's beautiful.
According to the Vienna Convention of 1961, cannabis seeds are not classified as narcotics. They do not contain any psychoactive substances, and therefore are not treated as a drug within the meaning of the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction.
If you live in Poland, you can collect seeds in any quantity, you can have drawers full of them, mosaics on the wall, full bags in the pantry... and everything will be legal and in accordance with the law, as long as none of them sprouts.
If you are a resident of Poland, you are not allowed to grow cannabis plants, you are not allowed to germinate them, or even prepare them for cultivation in any way. Each of these activities is already a violation of the law.
