Hollands Hope Regular (Dutch Passion)
Hollands Hope is one of the most classic and respected outdoor strains from Dutch Passion. It is considered one of the first fully acclimatized strains created for outdoor cultivation in the Dutch climate and has been building its reputation continuously since the early 1980s.
The strain gained enormous popularity thanks to its resistance to mold, colder temperatures, and more difficult weather conditions. Hollands Hope is a solid and durable plant that usually finishes flowering after around 8 weeks, with harvests taking place at the end of September or the beginning of October.
It is a high-quality strain with predominantly Indica genetics, perfectly adapted for outdoor cultivation in the Dutch climate, although it also performs very well in other climatic conditions. The plants usually reach between 1 and 2 meters in height and are capable of producing truly impressive yields.
Hollands Hope is famous for its very strong, heavy classic Indica-style effect, which has attracted lovers of powerful strains for many years. This is exactly why, since its creation, it has become one of the favorite outdoor strains among many growers.
Depending on cultivation conditions, the plants can produce from around 100 g up to even 1000 g per plant. However, it is worth being careful with fertilizers — excessive feeding may cause excessive leaf growth, which limits flower production.
The flowers of Hollands Hope are long, dense, and often reach up to around 50 cm in length. A characteristic feature of the buds is their small leaves and very good flower structure.
The strain offers a sweet flavor and a very heavy, long-lasting “couch lock” type effect that may last for many hours. Thanks to this, Hollands Hope has remained popular for years among both recreational users and medical marijuana users.
Under the best conditions, the plant can develop into a large, dense, and spreading bush capable of delivering exceptionally abundant harvests. This is a strain recommended by generations of outdoor growers and one of the most proven classics from Dutch Passion.
