Passion #1 is one of the most legendary and respected outdoor strains from Dutch Passion, carrying the highest recommendations among growers around the world. Since its creation in the 1970s, it has been considered one of the best outdoor strains available, alongside the legendary Californian Indica.

Description

Passion #1 Regular (Dutch Passion)

The strain reached Dutch outdoor growers in the 1980s thanks to Dutch Passion and very quickly gained a reputation as an extremely strong, stable, and easy-to-grow plant. Passion #1 is a strain created specifically for outdoor and greenhouse cultivation and is not intended for indoor growing.

When cultivation begins early enough in the season, the plant can reach up to 3.5 meters in height, although it most commonly grows to around 2 meters. Under optimal conditions, Passion #1 can deliver very abundant yields ranging from around 250 up to even 750 grams per plant.

The plant produces long, dense buds heavily covered with resin. During trimming, it is recommended to remove only the largest leaves, because the smaller leaves are often richly covered with resin as well.

The smoke is smooth and gentle, with a distinct fresh citrus aroma. The effect initially delivers a strong, joyful, and energetic high that, after a few more inhalations, transforms into a stronger, heavier, but still very pleasant relaxation.

The THC level of around 20% makes Passion #1 a very powerful and satisfying choice for outdoor and greenhouse growers.

This is another exceptionally stable, resistant, and proven outdoor strain from Dutch Passion that has remained in the company’s collection for decades. One of those strains that many growers return to regularly over the years.
