Desfran by Dutch Passion is a legendary pure South American Sativa. The strain is famous for its exceptionally powerful psychedelic effects, exotic fruity aroma, and enormous growth vigor.
Desfran Feminized – strain description
Desfran is a multiple award-winning 100% Sativa created by crossing selected Destroyer phenotypes. The genetics originate from Mexican Oaxaca, Colombian Punto Rojo, and Meao Thai, creating an extremely energetic and unique cannabis line.
The strain reached Dutch Passion thanks to Albert from Argentina — a well-known grower, owner of Haze Magazine, and long-time cannabis connoisseur.
The plants are characterized by extremely vigorous growth. During the early growth stage they do not require large amounts of nutrients, but during flowering they can even triple in height. Desfran performs exceptionally well in both SOG and SCROG techniques.
The buds are extremely resinous and surprisingly dense for a pure Sativa. The aromatic profile is exceptionally rich and exotic — dominated by pear, green apple, caramel, grape, and melon notes.
The effects partially depend on the harvest timing. Earlier harvest provides a more psychedelic and cerebral high, while a later harvest delivers a significantly heavier and more powerful effect with increased sweetness in flavor.

Growing Desfran
Desfran is a very vigorous strain, therefore proper height control is recommended, especially in indoor cultivation.
The plants respond extremely well to training techniques such as SCROG and SOG. During flowering they can significantly increase in size, requiring sufficient space.
The strain performs best with moderate feeding during the early growth phase and stable environmental conditions.
