Auto Orange Bud was created by one of the most experienced Dutch Passion breeders responsible for strains such as Auto Mazar®, Auto Ultimate®, and Auto Daiquiri Lime®. The breeding project lasted over three years and became one of the most advanced selection programs in Dutch Passion history.
To create this strain, the breeders used autoflowering Auto Daiquiri Lime together with the legendary photoperiod Orange Bud as the mother plant. A multi-generational selection process covering 12 consecutive generations was then carried out to achieve the highest possible quality.
The result is an autoflowering strain that preserves nearly all the most important characteristics of the original Orange Bud — potency, aroma, flavor, and its characteristic effect. Even experienced Dutch Passion testers had difficulty distinguishing it from the photoperiod original during blind testing.
Auto Orange Bud produces very large amounts of resinous buds with a pronounced citrus aroma dominated by orange, sweet fruit, and light skunk notes. The flavor is fresh, sweet, and highly intense.
The plants develop vigorously and offer extremely high yields. Thanks to the dominance of Sativa genetics, the strain delivers an energetic, euphoric, and mood-enhancing effect ideal for daytime use.
