Auto Tahoe OG Kush by Gnomes Seeds - This is a strain you won't forget!

What are you, OG?

Auto Tahoe OG Kush is a cross of the best OG genetics found in California. It's one of the most well-known strains in the world, thanks in part to its immense potency and flavor that will satisfy even the pickiest collectors.

Tahoe OG is a sativa-dominant marijuana strain, but it's one of the few that surprises with its effects. The effect seems to seamlessly transition from the sativa spectrum, leaning slightly towards a heavy effect, like a pure Indica, before returning to a light, yet incredibly relaxing effect. A combination not easily experienced with other strains.

A Few Stories.

While theories suggest that the name OG Kush refers to a cultivation along the California coast, meaning "Ocean Grown Kush," or to Overgrown.com, a website that sold a bag of seeds (hence the name "OG Kush"), these theories have been debunked.

The most widely accepted story begins in the 1990s in Florida, when a grower named Matt "Bubba" Berger bought a bag of mixed seeds containing a unique phenotype (he thought it was) of Chemdawg. He soon realized the plant's potential and crossed it with a local Hindu Kush strain from Amsterdam, resulting in a strain with a unique terpene profile that he named "Kryptonite," aka "Krippy," in reference to its intense aroma.

According to the story, "Krippy" became "Kush" after one of Berger's friends started calling it "Kush Berries" because of its dense, colorful, round nugs that reminded him of wild blueberries. It soon became the most sought-after strain in Florida by growers and smokers due to its potent high, very dense buds, and incredibly intense aroma. However, the Kush seedling only made it to Los Angeles in the hands of Josh D.

Josh was a friend of Matt's and a very experienced grower. He knew that Kush wasn't the easiest plant to grow, but it was a highly desirable phenotype, so he decided to share the seedlings and his knowledge with his friends to see what they could come up with. They knew they would give birth to one of the most famous strains, one that would become world-renowned not only by earning OG status but also by changing its name to OG Kush to remember it as one of the first varieties.

Over time, OG Kush managed to spread worldwide, developing hybrids such as Tahoe OG Kush, Larry OG (aka SFV OG Kush), Bubba Kush Pre'98, Josh D OG, and Purple Kush. Today, many famous Cali hybrids originate from various phenotypes and crosses derived from these strains.

Medical Values

Tahoe OG Kush is a strain that can help with a wide range of ailments, making it a truly medicinal strain. The very fact that it perfectly relaxes the body and mind in today's fast-paced world places our OG at the top of the list of strains useful to the modern man. It will help with anxiety attacks, support episodes of depression, insomnia, gastrointestinal problems, bone and joint problems, and many other, more or less serious, ailments.

How to handle OG?

Wisely? As with any strain. It's not difficult to grow and shouldn't pose any unnecessary problems, but a few things should be kept in mind.

First of all, the scent. Like any OG Kush, Tahoe OG Kush literally hits you from a distance. You should always remember this and absolutely factor it into any plans and ideas you come up with while looking at those seeds.

The THC content in Tahoe should reach around 21%, so it's not a weak strain. The high can be much stronger than an overconfident consumer expects, so I wholeheartedly recommend starting a relationship with Mrs. OG.

All OG strains, due to their Californian origins, tolerate cooler nights well. Tahoe OG is also difficult to overfertilize, which makes it a good choice for beginner growers.

Remember that if you live in Poland, or any other country where the government brazenly usurps the right to decide what you can and can't plant from Mother Nature's array of plants, you can unfortunately only buy seeds for collecting purposes. ***** ***.
